Wolf & Wolf is a small collection of businesses run by the same family with the same values. Together the different businesses provide construction, real estate, and consulting services. Many customers work with multiple branches of Wolf & Wolf over the years.

Where do you operate?

Our business is based in King county and we serve all of Western Washington. Yes, even the peninsulas and islands.

Is your contracting business licensed, bonded, and insured?

It sure is! And we can provide current copies of all our paperwork. Our WA state contractor registration is: WOLFWWC794BM.

Where can I see pictures of other construction projects you've done in my area?

During our inspections, your project consultant will provide you with a list of addresses of similar projects that we have recently completed.

Is my construction project covered under a warranty?

Absolutely! Any project that we complete in full comes with an industry-leading warranty or better. Due to preexisting conditions, we are unable to offer warranties on some unique repair jobs such as roof patches.

What kind of real estate transactions can you assist with?

We work primarily with homeowners and investors on their respective real estate needs. This works well with our contracting business as much of it is in the residential market.

Where does your sales course fit into all of this?

We put the Sales Accelerator course together to crystalize and methodize our sales process. During our various consulting projects we frequently come back to the same principles around sales and client acquisition. The W&W sales course is an excellent complement to personalized coaching programs.
